Delivery days & time: Tuesdays, Wednesdays between 7 am and 6 pm; Saturdays between 7 am and 3 pm.

How self-watering works

Fill up the water reservoir. Your plant will drink as much water as it needs.

Test the soil when the reservoir is empty. If the soil is dry, refill the reservoir.

The reservoir provides enough water supply for 2 - 8 weeks, depending on planter size and plant type.

NOTE: Large plants require watering through the soil for the first 12 weeks of the growing-in phase before the reservoir can be used. Detailed instructions for each plant arrangement are provided.

Plant overpriced

I didn't read the order carefully and din't see until afterwards that the pot was plastic and looks cheap. I was very disappointed. At that price, the pot should be ceramic. I went to other stores by me in Williamsburg where I could have gotten the same thing for less.

Made by Lechuza in Germany, shatterproof, 100% recyclable plastic. Planters have the built in sub-irrigation system that creates a perfect environment for your plant and drastically lowers watering frequency (water your plant 3 times less often in comparison to regular pots).
