CANCELATION POLICY

We request 12-hour notice to cancel or re-schedule consultation.

If you cancel a consultation with 12-hour notice, a full refund will be issued.
If you cancel a consultation with less than 12-hour notice, a full refund will be issued minus the $10 late cancelation fee.

Please be aware that the consultation fee for the missed appointment is non-refundable.

Our plant delivery area: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island, Jersey City, Union City, Edgewater, Weehawken, West New York, Guttenberg, Hoboken & Fort Lee

Delivery days & time: Tuesdays, Wednesdays between 7 am and 6 pm; Saturdays between 7 am and 3 pm.

Jersey City, Edgewater, Weehawken, West New York, Guttenberg, Hoboken & Fort Lee - $50

Get free delivery when you spend $250 or more.

How self-watering works

Fill up the water reservoir. Your plant will drink as much water as it needs.

Test the soil when the reservoir is empty. If the soil is dry, refill the reservoir.

The reservoir provides enough water supply for 2 - 8 weeks, depending on planter size and plant type.

NOTE: Large plants require watering through the soil for the first 12 weeks of the growing-in phase before the reservoir can be used. Detailed instructions for each plant arrangement are provided.

As a person who suffers from. Lack of a green thumb, having access to Julia through her virtual sessions is invaluable and as a result our plant continues to thrive!
